Moe's Performance High Performance Truck (NSR No Springs Required) cam was designed to be a budget friendly upgrade for the everyday driver that is looking for a big boost in tq in the low-mid range without the need for extra supporting upgrades such as Headers, Gears, or higher stall tq converters. Cam Phaser Limiter, Non MDS Lifters, upgraded pushrods, and custom cam tuning are required with this cam.
While this cam is designed to work with the factory valve springs, we do recommend installing a fresh set of factory 5.7 springs if your engine has more than 50,000 miles.
The HPT NSR cam has a very noticeable chop at idle to give you that aggressive cam sound that we all love.
