For all customers outside of the lower 48 states, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. We will do everything we can to offer the lowest shipping rate possible.

We ship using FedEx or UPS only. Due to a large number of damaged and lost packages by USPS, we will no longer be using them to ship any items.

All orders under $500 value are shipped with no signature required unless specified by the customer at the time of purchase. If it is unsafe for the shipping carrier to leave the package at the shipping address, then please specify "Signature Required" in your order notes. Moe's assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages once they show to be delivered by the shipping carrier.

RETURNS

All returned items must be factory sealed in their original packaging in re-sell able condition within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. For cancelled orders that have not yet shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee.

Computer tuners and all electronic parts are non returnable unless defective from the manufacturer. Please contact customer service to obtain and Return Authorization Number before returning an item. Thank you.
