Excellent shipping time, but customer support...
When I placed my order, I mistakenly placed the order twice. I immediately sent an email, tried calling multiple times, and sent two more emails. The company NEVER reached back out to me. The shipping time was amazingly fast! I placed the order on Monday, and received the package on Friday. I was extremely happy about that, but I would’ve greatly appreciated getting a response from them.
