2 of 5 2017 ram 1500 trinity t2 with pcm swap February 24, 2022

Ordered the T2 with pcm swap and hemifever tuning. I am a Canadian customer and was told to expect fees at the boarder which I agreed to. I received the tuner and have to fill out a form in order to get the unlocked pcm. When trying to fill it out found out that they do not ship the unlocked PCMs to Canada and that I have to mail my pcm in and wait. Very disappointed in finding this out the hard way and that I have to leave the truck without the pcm while this is done. Just a heads up for canadian customers as I would have not made this order with the information I have now

I have not received my PCM and I have already tried reaching you guys a couple of times already and no response. On your online page it highlights it was shipped but I have only received the Diablo Sport T2 and not the PCM.

The hoops to get the unlocked pcm have been a nightmare. Going on a week now, since receiving the programmer, and the unlocked pcm still hasn’t shipped, after providing the required information.

Will update if/when the new pcm comes in.
