I don't actually have my chip in yet but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. From the first time I called moes I have had an excellent experience great customer service very helpful and knowledgeable I have only dealt with mat so far and he's great but I get feeling everyone there is like that. Hands down best part of it all is if your computer illiterate like me and like to talk to someone instead you call and get maybe couple rings and a live person no hitting 0 for operator you just get a live knowledgeable person. You guys have my business for life if I'm putting it on my truck and you guys make it I'm buying from you. Thank you for outstanding customer service. Rare these days

Once again Moe's blows me away with super fast ordering and shipping! Had the tuner in 2 days to PA! The flashpaq is the perfect tuner for anyone who is not looking for custom tunes. Only have mine on the 87tune till I run all the 89 gas out then the performance tune is going in. Until then even on 87 the truck feels so much more responsive, guicker, and shifts great! Highly recommend it and Moe's!!

I ordered from Moe's on 04-02-13 and the product was delivered on 04-04-13.  Incredible shipping speed.  I connected the unit to my truck that day and had it working on a new tune in about 30-minutes.  The service that I received from Matt at Moe's was second to none.   I will look to Moe's again when making performance purchases for my truck.  I have already recommended Moe's to friends who are interested in making performance purchases.
