Manufactured by Motorad, this same thermostat is sold under various brand names. Tech tip: Always begin changing the thermostat with a cold engine. After changing the thermostat, let the engine idle for 10-15 minutes with the radiator cap off. This will allow any trapped air in the system to escape. Add additional fluid if needed. Replace the radiator cap carefully.
