I bought something I didn't need just to buy something from Moe's and support them. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I called them to order some parts, and they spent 30 minutes explaining to me why I didn't need those parts, what I actually did need, where to get it, and how to go about rebuilding my engine. Can't say enough about them. Thanks guys!

This tuner and the Hemifever tune have really made a difference in how my truck runs. It shows the true potential of the stock hemi motor. Can't wait to get it on a Dyno this week. The service from Moes cannot be beat, they answered questions and worked with me to find the best products. I will be buying from them any time it is possible.

I bought this tuner for my 2013 Ram 1500 Express so I could adjust and optimize for the headers, Magnaflow, and 35" tires. I followed the directions and updated first, but I got the unsupported vehicle warning. I updated again, and this time it read the vehicle PCM, but when I tried to install a tune, it failed. I updated a 3rd time, and was finally able to install the Diablo tune. However, I was unable to change anything in the advanced options because the "Modify Parameters" menu was blank on every pre-built tune. After a short Google search, I discovered that several others have also had this problem in the past few years. I would think that something like this would have been corrected. This is pretty disappointing. With that said, I paid the extra for a Hemifever custom tune, so I think that should take care of everything I wanted to do anyways. Still, I at least wanted to correct for the 35s and turn off the MDS in the meantime.
