I had to replace the stock struts with the Bilstein 5100 struts because the previous owner added a spacer that made the truck ride worse and destroyed bushings along the way. Matt was absolutely correct with how much of an improvement this would make my truck ride. I can’t say enough about Matt’s attention to customer satisfaction and creating lifelong customers. I don’t care, I’m calling Matt first to see if he can get a part so he can get all my service.

Throughout the entire process from ordering to backorder of product due to pandemic, Moe's kept me in the loop as to when I might expect my order. They made positive suggestions throughout the process of the order. I received a personal email from Matt about my order being filled. That to me is a business who cares about their customers and fulfilling their orders as best they can. I purchase all my products for my RAM from Moe's.
