This trans pan is so much better than stock. Super heavy duty, nicely made. Comes with stainless hardware and magnetic drain plug. Shipped in a box that fit, inside a heavy duty box from Moe's. Zero damage. And I get 2+ quarts more trans fluid for towing.

And and excellent pan from PML!!  
I ordered the 2 quart oversize for my 2002 WJ Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 (non-H.O.) and it fits perfectly.  i used the filters and gasket i had from a Wix servicing kit with some loctite clear RTV and it fit perfectly.  some loctite on the threads of the (provided) bolts and it was ready to go.  LOTS of clearance all around for the pan and it tucks up neatly under the chassis.  you can see about 1.5" of pan/fin from a side profile, but since it will sit down in the airflow, this should aid cooling.
