Moe's Performance High Performance Street (HPS) cam was designed for the daily drivers that want to go out and have some fun with their truck. This cam is not only going to give you tire shredding torque down low, but it also screams all the way up to 6200rpms for you racers. The fastest N/A 4th Gen Crew Cab ram truck is running this cam, and put down a 12.36 pass in the 1/4 mile. For the 5/6 speed trucks that are planning to take your truck to the track, we do recommend 4.10 or higher gears, a 3000+ stall tq converter, and Hemifever custom tuning to see the full potential of this cam. For 8sp trucks, we simply recommend the 3.92 gears and a Hemifever custom tune to get the best results at the track. Cam Phaser Limiter and Cam Install Kit are required with this cam. Non MDS Lifters are not required, but they are highly recommended for best performance and reduced valvetrain tick.

The HPS cam does not have a very aggressive idle. If you are wanting a cam with a more choppy idle, then take a look at our HPT cam.

Had lifter failure at 73k in my RAM, decided to wake up the hemi with a cam swap, and mds delete. This magic stick, and hemifever tuning is awesome, sound, power, just all around. This a great cam for a daily driver looking for some fun time too, 0-60 time greatly improved.

install took 5 days at leisurely pace and maybe 6 or so hrs a day. the tool for the springs is a must. first time i ever did springs and it took about 90 min for all 16. cam does not really change the idle made mine a bit more choppy. the truck defiantly shits and gets now. noticeable power gain. for the 2K i spent im extremely happy with the outcome.
