Moe's Performance High Performance Truck (HPT) cam was designed for the daily drivers that want to use their truck everyday and still drag their friends at the track. This cam is not only going to give you tire shredding torque down low, but also screams up to 6000rpms for you racers. This cam has put numerous 8sp Rams in the 11's N/A and many 5/6sp Rams in the low 12's N/A. The fastest N/A 5/6sp Ram also runs this cam and has run a best of 11.99 so far in the 1/4 mile. For the 5/6 speed trucks that are planning to take your truck to the track, we do recommend 3.92 or higher gears, a 2600+ stall tq converter, and Hemifever custom tuning to see the full potential of this cam. For 8sp trucks, we simply recommend a 3.55 or 3.92 gear and a Hemifever custom tune to get the best results at the track...Higher stall tq converter is not needed for this cam on the 8sp trucks, but it does not hurt either. Cam Phaser Limiter, upgraded valve springs, Non MDS Lifters, and upgraded pushrods are required with this cam.

The HPT cam has a mild idle...enough chop to know the cam is there, but not so rowdy that you cant drive it everyday.

Moe's Performance High Performance Track PLUS (HPT+) cam was designed for the everyday drivers that also want to put up impressive times at the dragstrip. This cam has put numerous N/A 5.7 Ram trucks in the mid-high 11's in the 1/4 mile. While this is a beast of a cam for the Naturally Aspirated guys, it was also designed to work very well with nitrous as well. Hemifever's 2017 has also gone 11.01 @ 122.03mph so far on a 150 shot.

For the 5/6 speed trucks that are planning to take your truck to the track, we do recommend 4.56 gears, a 3400 stall tq converter, and Hemifever custom tuning to see the full potential of this cam. For 8sp trucks, we recommend a 3.55 or 3.92 gear, 2800+ stall tq converter, and a Hemifever custom tune to get the best results at the track.

Cam Phaser Limiter, Valve Springs, Pushrods, and Non MDS Lifters are required with this cam.

The HPT+ cam has a very noticeable chop at idle when paired up with longtube headers and a good tune.

Moe's Performance HPT MAX cam was designed for the guys who are chasing their fastest ET at the track while still wanting to use their truck as a daily driver as well. This cam is currently in 2 of the 3 5.7 SBE Ram trucks to run 10s in the 1/4 mile Naturally Aspirated without boost or nitrous. Sam Raegan has been a best of 10.67, and Rick Spillman ran a best of 10.81 with this cam.

For the 5/6 speed trucks that are planning to take your truck to the track, we do recommend 4.56 gears, a 4000 stall tq converter, and Hemifever custom tuning to see the full potential of this cam. For 8sp trucks, we recommend a 3.55 or 3.92 gear, 3600-4000 stall tq converter, and a Hemifever custom tune to get the best results at the track.

Cam Phaser Limiter, Non MDS Lifters, and upgraded pushrods are required with this cam

While this cam is designed to work with the factory valve springs, we do recommend installing a fresh set of factory 5.7 springs if your engine has more than 50,000 miles.

The HPT NSR cam has a very noticeable chop at idle to give you that aggressive cam sound that we all love.

This camshaft is a true drop in, no tune required camshaft upgrade for your 5.7 VVT Hemi. does not require a Phaser limiter. MMX has spent countless hours of R&D on perfecting this camshaft and making it work with factory components. This camshaft has added 30 Wheel HP to their 2019 Ram 1500 5.7 Laramie, as well as a noticeable increase in low end torque. This cam works with the factory engine calibration.
